We have a new system in place that will allow our clients to “ftp” (or "file transfer protocol") their accounting (i.e. QuickBooks, Simply Accounting etc.) and other software files to us. We can copy the files off the website, look at, make changes, and ftp them back so you can download our changes and put them back on your computer. This will give us instant access to anything that we may need and the only thing you	need is to have access to the internet and a web browser (like Internet Explorer or Netscape). Each client will have a unique, secure “space/box” which will be controlled by a username and password.
