	TIM BROSE, C.A., TEP Tim and his wife, Heather, have two children, Ashley and Aaron. Tim grew up in Kenora, Ontario and graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1981. He received his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and in 1984, co-founded the firm which later became Brose & Co.

KEN DODGE, C.A. Ken received his CA in 1987 & joined Brose & Co. in 1993 after several years with CA firms in Toronto and SW Ontario. He provides a broad range of Accounting, Tax and Business Planning services to a wide variety of owner-managed entrepreneurial clients including US and estate taxes. Ken enjoys working hard for his clients and taking time to relax with his wife Deb, their two children Stephanie and Jeremy and his dog Mikey at home in Guelph.

	RICHARD WRIGHT, P.Ag. Richard is the professional agrologist for the firm. He has an honours degree in agricultural economics from the University of Guelph. Richard has 30 years experience in government and private practice in the areas of farm management, accounting finance and tax. He resides on a farm with his wife, Lorri and two children.

MATTHEW DIXON, C.A. Accounting Supervisor Matthew was born and raised in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. He came to Southern Ontario in 2000 to attend Ryerson University where he graduated in 2004 with his Bachelor of Commerce. After three years of experience, Matthew obtained his CA designation and joined Brose & Co, in 2007. Matthew enjoys working hard as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters.

	STEPHANIE BELANGER Accounting Manager Stephanie is a graduate of Conestoga College and is currently working towards her CGA designation. After three years of field experience, Stephanie joined Brose & Co. in 2004 as an Accounting Manager and enjoys any challenge. Stephanie lives in Cambridge with her husband, new baby daughter and mini-dachshund.

HEATHER BROSE Office Manager Originally from Cornwall, Ontario Heather moved to the KW area in 1990. Tim and Heather live on a farm with their children and granddaughter near Stratford, Ontario. In October of 2006 Heather came out of “retirement” to work full-time as the Office Manager. Heather specializes in Accounts Receivable and billings.

	SARA SEBBEN Internal Accounting Technician Sara is originally from Stratford, Ontario. She has been with BROSE & CO. since 2002. Sara started out as an administrative assistant and has moved up through the company and is currently an internal accountant. Sara currently lives in Elmira with her fiancé and her dog Tyson.

AMBER RUMIG Administrative Assistant Amber is a graduate from the University of Waterloo, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Social Development Studies. She then received her Bachelor of Education from Western University in 2007. She resides in her home in Waterloo and often visits her second home in Barry’s Bay, Ontario.
